Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your custom creation. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we gladly accept returns and process refunds in the following cases:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

  • Incorrect Item: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.

  • Unwanted Items: Returns are accepted within 30 days if the product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.


Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as plush toys and candles) cannot be returned unless defective.


Return Process

  2. Provide Order Details: Keep your order number and a brief description of the issue handy.

  3. Receive Confirmation: Once reviewed, we will send you a return shipping label or return instructions.

  4. Ship the Item: Send the product back using the instructions provided.


Refund Process

  • Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Partial Refunds: May be granted for items that show minor wear or damage caused by the customer.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to purchase another item, please place a new order after returning the original item.


Shipping Fees

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or sent incorrectly.

  • Original Shipping Charges: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


Non-Refundable Situations

  • Returns made after 30 days of delivery.

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
