Shipping Days: Our standard shipping days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to stay updated on your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Expected delivery within 5–7 business days once dispatched.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 2–4 business days for faster service.
International Shipping: Depending on the destination, international orders can take 7–15 business days. Customs fees and delays may apply.

Shipping Fees

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.
Flat-Rate Shipping: For orders below $50, a flat shipping rate applies, calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

Customs and Import Fees: International shipments may incur customs fees upon arrival. GIA GEE STUDIO is not responsible for these charges, which vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays: International deliveries may be subject to occasional delays due to customs processing. Please be patient, and feel free to contact us if you need assistance.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order Modifications: If you need to make changes to your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within the first 12 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellations may not be possible as your order will be in processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Tracking Issues: If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors, building staff, or your local carrier office.
Delayed Deliveries: For delays beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team, and we’ll assist in tracking your package and filing claims if necessary.
